Admission and registration
If you have been admitted to a course, you must answer YES to claim your place on universityadmission.se. When you have answered YES, you can create a student account. Once you have created an account, you can, when the registration period opens, register for your courses.
Accepted with conditions
If you are conditionally admitted, you should contact email@example.com as soon as possible. Then let us know if you want to keep your place on the course, as well as the reason for your condition.
Being conditionally admitted means that you do not have full eligibility for the course. One condition may be, for example, that you are waiting for grades from a course. The condition disappears when the eligibility requirements are fulfilled and you can then be registered.
If you are admitted as a reserve, the department will contact you through the e-mail you entered on universityadmission.se. Usually we admit reserves the week before the start of the semester, but please note that we do not always admit reserves.
Once you have created a student account at Uppsala University, you can register for your courses. You register in Ladok. If you miss the registration deadline, you may lose your place on the course. Also remember that you must register for all your courses before the start of the semester!
If you want or need to attend a course again, you can be re-registered on the course. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information about the possibilities of being re-registered. Then send with your name and Swedish social security number, and which course it applies to.
