To you who are going to study at the undergraduate level

To you who are admitted and want to register

In our courses, you register yourself in Ladok for students. Registration is open from 29th of July to 23rd of August. Remember to register for all courses before the start of the semester!

To you who are admitted with conditions

If you are conditionally admitted, you must contact studentadmin@nek.uu.se as soon as possible, and no later than the 23rd of August. Then let us know if you want to keep your place on the course, as well as the reason for your condition.

Being conditionally admitted means that you do not have full eligibility for the course. One condition may be, for example, that you are waiting for grades from a course. The condition disappears when the eligibility requirements are fulfilled and you can then be registered.

To you who are a reserve

If we accept reserves, on the undergraduate level, the department will contact you during week 34. We will then notify you via the e-mail you entered on universityadmissions.se. If you are offered a place and want to keep it, you need to answer YES and send back the e-mail to studentadmin@nek.uu.se no later than Thursday the 26th of August, at 16.00.

To you who are admitted with conditions

If you are conditionally admitted, you must contact studentadmin@nek.uu.se as soon as possible, and no later than the 27th of August. Then let us know if you want to keep your place on the course, as well as the reason for your condition.

Being conditionally admitted means that you do not have full eligibility for the course. One condition may be, for example, that you are waiting to receive your diploma. The condition disappears when the eligibility requirements are fulfilled and you can then be registered.

To you who are a reserve

If we accept reserves, on the master’s level, the department will contact you during week 35. We will then notify you via the e-mail you entered on universityadmissions.se. If you are offered a place and want to keep it, you need to answer YES and send back the e-mail to studentadmin@nek.uu.se no later than Friday the 3rd of September, at 16.00.

Begin with your studies

You will find all course material via the learning platform Studium (https://login.studium.uu.se/). You log in to Studium with your student account. Information on how to obtain a student account can be found here: https://www2.uu.se/student. There you will also find information on how to register for your courses.

NOTE All schedules for the autumn semester of 2021 are preliminary until one week before the start of the course.

Teaching Autumn 2021

Uppsala University plans to return to campus teaching from August 30 2021. Some elements may be offered online but students should make preparations to be able to attend their courses on campus. We will return with information about what applies to your particular course or courses in August.
